Define the default XAML code when a custom control is added

Hi,

My question is very simple (I don't know if the answer is), I have a custom control of type TabControl.

By default I see that Blend add two tabItem to my custom tabControl when I drop it on a form. How can I change this ?

By exemple add 4 tabItem when I add a custom tabControl ?
