Richtextbox Spell Checking ignore case and alphanumeric possible?

Is it possible to ignore case on some words or is it even possible to capture the event that fires before a word is checked by the spellchecker? That way I can even do a regular expression on the word so if it is Case sensitive or AlphaNumeric I can automatically add it to the ignore list BEFORE the spell checker manages to fire.

Is this possible?
