Mulitple Custom Slider

The requirement is to have a custom slider that has more than one range controllers as shown in figure. The user should be able to see the value as the slider is moved horizontally and the colored area increase/decrease correspondingly. The values should be set in the view model properties.

Any help is appreciated in designing this custom control.
