Why when I change or simple open the Settings.settings file, the Visual Studio creates an app.config? I don't want an app.config file, because I don't need it, I'm not using it...
However, I'm using the Settings class, but it does not care whether an app.config file exists. So I don't want when every time I open Settings.settings delete the app.config.
Any thoughts?
