WPF Grid Gridlines Style and Alternative Row Color

I would like to create my custom Grid using Resources Template but I could not find any example on the official page.

How could I define the Grid so I could change the Gridline Style and Row Color?

Note tht I already read the following example but it needs to define each gridline manually using Line which is not what I want.
