Edges are Pixelating while Rotating any Control

   The image starts pixelating when I start rotating it. And whenever the angle of rotation becomes in multiple of 90 it does not pixelate.

   I want the edges of images should be sharp like while not rotating.

   Please let me know if there is any solution to get rid of this issue.
