VERY URGENT: multiple views or stack panels at the same time

Hi all of you,

I am trying to find out how can I  put at the same time four or five views in my WPF application. When the user click any of them that view maximizes and occupy the whole screen but a room on the right where you can see the rest of the views.

I am very desperated trying to get one sample in VB, but it seems rocket science; I look and look but I am very unsuccesful in my searches.

I am very determinated: I'm gonna to pay (my budget is limited) to someone who be able to send me full code (VB) either SilverLight or WPF, I know that is not a place appropiate for that (I am so sorry moderators) but I am stuck with this goal and it is very urgent for me.
