How to detect is there space available in text box to insert text in WPF Application

Hi

I am new to wpf. I have textbox with height 300. I am programmatically inserting text into the the textbox. 

I want to check if text box is filled with text, then move rest of texts to new textbox. Please guide me in this requirement. Thanks in advance.
