The similar piece of code on the User Interface triggered with propertychange in WPF and UWP seems to work differently.
The test shows UI in WPF prevents the change due to the code behind "if" condition. However, UWP does not and duplicated values can happen. It seemed the UI of UWP is not in sync and allows the value to be changed.
The attached is the example tested. Microsoft please advise whats the cause and how to resolve.
