Windows Forms to C# converter

Hi all of you,

I would like to convert either a Vb project (.net framework 2.0) to C# or Vb project (.net framework 2.0) to WPF 4.5

Is it possible?

Primary platform is Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit along with VS 2012/Sql2k8 for WPF and SilverLight stuff
