I want to highlight a rectangle and thought it would be cool to have it have marching ants or a rectangle border that look like chaser lights. Basically some colors in the border that give the simulation of moving or rotating around the rectangle.
Is this possible? I have created stripped borders before but they don't move so I was wondering it making them look like they
are moving is easy or hard..
