Saving data in VB.NET OBJECTS (OOP) WPF

I am Developing an WPF application That can communicate by radio with instruments frecuencie. I have one DLL library. My tutor Told Me That I shoulds create objects Where I can store the data from the instruments. I wonder if someone can give me an idea of how I can create objects in VB.net to store data andthen can use 'em.

NOTE / I DO NOT WANT TO USE NOTHING ABOUT ACCESS OR SOMETHIN LIKE THAT, I just want to know what is the procedure to do object to save data using Object-oriented programming (OOP) in VB.NET.
