Problem in getting items from checked rows in datagrid in WPF

Hi Everybody,

                   I'm using datagrid which is bind from database like this. When user check some of the checkbox, and then click the button , i want to display the employee name from the datagrid which the checkbox are checked by user.

             Please help me...
