Hi,
I want to create rich desktop content authoring tool in .net similar to articulate storyline
It will have feature like creating content by selecting templates, adding animation, picture , images, integrating/editing powepoint slides, integration of audio/video files, screen capture and editing functionality etc etc.
Is it possible to develop desktop application with these features ? If yes then do i need to use WPF or other third party tool.
Is WPF or .net window IDE provide this kind of animation and graphics to build content authroing tool.
Please provide detail if anyone has done this kind of work in the past.
