Show Calendar day of selected month to List/Gridview in column, possible?

Hi,

May I ask if it's possible to show all the date and day of selected month automatically in column style like below:

Date           |     Day

1/9/2013     |     Sunday

2/9/2013     |     Monday

3/9/2013     |     Tuesday

..

..

..

30/9/2013     |    Monday

Possible using List/Gridview?
