How to access all resources from Machine

Hi ,

I want to see everything from my my machine like all services and IIS ,Installed program etc.,

basically i want to compare 2 machine what is difference , is there way to do.

was doing like "ServiceController[] sourceservices = ServiceController.GetServices

but this give only window services not all
