is there a xaml equivalent for addhandler??

hey,

Inside a FrameworkElementFactory in codebehind i can attach an EventHAndler via AddHandler.

Is there an equivalent in XAML for this Statement, or is just impossible to add Handlers inside a Template in XAML??
