How to Send content to Video output

Dear all,

I have build a multitouch application which present different type of information as photos, document, videos.

The application is running either under W7 or W8 desktop. On the hardware side I have 1 HDMI, 1 DVI, 1 VGA output signal where I connect external screens of video wall.

My concerne is being able from my application to select a particular content( for instance a photo) and then send it through a gesture to screen attached to out put signal.

How can I select from code the video output source to send data to ?

For instance if I wan to send a Photo to HDMI port and Video to DVI port
