Pivoting an image

Hi,

I have a C#, WPF, xaml, MVVM application.

I have in image that I would like to be able to pivot, move left and right about 45 degrees from its top center.

I have this working in a win forms app but not in this MVVM app.

Not sure of the best way to do this in WPF.

Any help would be appreciated,
