Office 2010 Selection Brush

Hi All,

I have a border whose colour I want to like the selection give below. And also the notice the difference of colour on the icon area I have a border there as well how can I make my border background look like that. 

So basically I want three things:

1. Border Selection like shown in picture

2. Border background colour of the first column(where icons are located)

3. Dotted Separator(shown right under Sort by Colour)  

Any idea?
