How to place WPF Ribbon control on multiple windows ?

Hi Experts,

I'm trying to use WPF ribbon control in my application. More than 30 windows will have the ribbon control at the top of the window. What is the best practice to call the ribbon from multiple windows ? Should I create it as a user control and call from required windows ?
