Custom Progress bar indicator with visibility not working properly

Hi,

I have on time taking process after clicking the login button.

So during that time , i want to display the usercontrol which has the simple progress (with marquez) effect with text loading.!!.

And this usercontrol is inside some grid (lets name it to "XXX"); Initially i will set thatXXX to collapsed and with Zindex as 0. So it will not be visible at startup itself.

So after clicking the login button i  had set the visibility of the XXX to visibile.

But no effect have occured (Means nothing is visiblie. Even i have set the Zindex, to take that XXX to the upper layer)

But still the same propblem resides.

May i knidly know , in which way and where i am mistaking and going wrong and what may be the possible problem.
