Hello,
I have created a WPF desktop application using VS2013 Express. My setup targets .net 3.0 any CPU. I build both debug and release and get no warnings, no errors, and successful build. if I take the items out of the release folder and drop them on another machine (XP 32bit SP3, Vista SP2 32bit, Win 7 SP1, Win 8) it runs perfect.
However, when I use publish in my project it creates a folder with the items needed for install that I put on a USB stick. when I go back to those same machines and run the install it will go all the way to the end and when the application is ready to auto start I get a dialog exception window popup. When I press continue everything goes forward and the application runs perfect and I do not see any issues ever again. (at least in the 40 or so times I ran it over 3 days on each machine).

I do not understand why I am getting this because as I said everything run great normally on these machines and I get nothing in VS2013 during build indicating there is anything wrong. it only happens when I use the publish feature.
Please help!!! been driving be crazy for a week now and many hours of trying to get rid of it.
I do not know what to do next.
