My WPF application is having a front drop-down menu that lists all available fonts, displaying the font name with the fotn itself, as is usual in many applications. In order to avoid crashes, I only list fonts that can actually be displayed by WPF, using the code posted in this thread:
A customer came up with a font that does not pass the test. The font actualy causes exceptions when trying to print it. Yet the font is listed and works fine in non-WPF applications like Word. The font in questions can be downloaded here:

Why is this font not working in WPF? It is very hard to explain to the end user that the .NET Framework considers this font corrupt if it works fine in many other applications.
