Windows IME issue (Finalize String Box)

Hi,

I have been working in a project where we are providing support to Chinese and Japanese keyboards using IME. I have been encountering an issue that if any non-editable control comes under focus and user types in Chinese or Japanese language, "Finalize String Box" appears., which is not of any use to us. Is there any way to stop this box either from some Windows 7 setting or Registry setting?
