Is it possible to keep the blue color of a row when the datagrid lost focus?

I notice that when I select a row in a dataGrid and select another control, when the datagrid lost the focus the row is turn to a light gray, that is very difficult to see, so I would like to know if there is any way to keep the same color (the default blue color) when the row is silected and the datagrid has the focus.
