How to avoid flickering in WPF datagrid while calling Grid.Items.Refresh()

Hi,

    I have a WPF datagrid with checkbox column,

    I am getting flickering issue in datagrid while refreshing the datagrid usingGrid.Items.Refresh(),

How can i avoid this issue?
