invoke web camera to capture images and videos then store video as binary format to database using WPF C#(without Expression Encoder)

Hi!

          i want to  capture images and videos through web camera . I need to save captured images and videos as binary format in my data base Using WPF with C#.

             I need to develop this requirement only in building controls WPF(without Expression Encoder)

            Its an Urgent.
